Easy Healthy (Chicken) Pho

Homemade Chicken Stock
Mung Bean Sprouts
Bean Thread Noodles
Cooked Chicken Slices (optional)
Fresh Basil or Fresh Cilantro

Fill bowl with hot Homemade Chicken Stock (recipe below).
Add in Mung Bean Sprouts, Bean Thread Noodles (1 small bunch), cooked chicken slices, and Fresh Basil or Fresh Cilantro. Yum!
