2 cans white beans (low sodium, drain and rinse well)
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 T. olive oil
Juice of 1 whole medium lemon
Fresh basil to taste
Throw all ingredients into food processor and pulse until creamy. Chill and serve.
