
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
3 medium frozen bananas
1/2 can Lite Coconut Milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional or use 1/8 cup of raw cashews)
2 droppers liquid vanilla stevia (optional)
ground cinnamon, nutmeg, & clove (to taste)
